The foundation has been creating awareness for establishing a Victory Memorial Tower and a Theme Park at Chapper Chiri for about last 8 years by holding seminars and conferences at Chapper Chiri and Mohali. The Greater Mohali Development Authority is planning to include the entire Chapper Chiri areas in its development plans without taking a note that this is the place where thousands of Sikhs and Punjabi sacrificed theirs lives to archive the first Khalsa victory over the Mughal imperials forces. They laid their lives to avenge heinous crime committed by the Sirhand Mughal Governor by bricking alive the two younger Sahibzadas of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji. The Foundation organized a historic conclave of important organization to impress upon the Punjab Government and GMADA to spare at least fifty acres of area to establish Victory Memorial Tower and a Theme Memorial Park for all the freedom fighters of Punjab up to 1947.
